Malcolm and family wish to thank all at Southmead Hospital, particularly the staff on ward 9A, for the superb care and attention we all received. Join us on 3rd October 2pm at Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Cremetorium to celebrate Carlette's life. Refreshments and further celebrations will take place after this service at the Royal British Legion in Frampton Cotterell to which you are all warmly welcomed.
